How we bill

Two meters: active users + AI scans performed.

Subscription per active user (at least one visit in the month) + per-use billing on the AI scans actually run. No charge for dormant accounts or unused analysis.

How is the monthly cost calculated?
Two lines on the invoice. 1) Subscription: number of active users × plan rate. 2) AI usage: per-use billing based on the number of scans run during the month (volume discount, specified in the quote).
Is there a minimum commitment?
Starter: 3 months to validate on the ground. Business: annual commitment, terminable on the anniversary with 60 days' notice. Enterprise: terms negotiated in the contract.
Can we change plan mid-way?
Yes, at any time. Move from Starter → Business is immediate, new rate from the following month. Migration to Enterprise via amendment. No switching fee, no data loss.
Can we recover all our data if we leave?
Yes, with no restriction. Full export at any time (visits, photos, dashboards, audit trail). At end of contract: handover within 7 days, deletion within 30 days. No technical or commercial lock-in.
